English

  1. Competitors and guests MUST NOT attend this competition if they have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive.
  2. It is recommended that competitors and guests wear a face mask during the entire competition.
  3. Competitors have to be present in the competition area at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their event.
  4. First Time Participants have to bring an ID card with their Date of Birth for identity verification.
  5. All the necessary information is given the Tabs, please have a look.
  6. Please follow the Cube Carnival 2023 , all the updates will be posted there.

১. কোভিড-১৯ লক্ষণ সম্বলিত অথবা কোভিড-১৯ পজিটিভ ব্যক্তির সংস্পর্শে আসা কোনো প্রতিযোগী অথবা দর্শক/ প্রতিযোগীর অভিভাবক প্রতিযোগিতায় উপস্থিত থাকতে পারবে না।
২. প্রতিযোগিতা চলাকালীন সময়ে অবশ্যই সকলকে মাস্ক পরিধান করতে হবে।
৩. প্রতিযোগীদের ইভেন্ট শুরুর ১০ মিনিট পূর্বে প্রতিযোগিতার স্থানে অবশ্যই উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
৪. নতুন প্রতিযোগীদেরকে জন্ম তারিখ সংযুক্ত পরিচয় পত্র সাথে আনতে হবে সত্যতা যাচাই এর জন্য।
৫. প্রয়োজনীয় সকল তথ্যসমূহ ট্যাবগুলোতে দেয়া আছে।
৬. প্রতিযোগিতা সম্পর্কিত আপডেট পেতে Cube Carnival 2023 পেজটিতে চোখ রাখুন।

Online registration will be open from Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 12:00 AM GMT+6 to Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT+6.

There is a competitor limit of 125 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ৳399 (Bangladeshi Taka).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT+6 you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT+6.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ৳599 (Bangladeshi Taka).

  • Spot payment will be available on the competition during reporting time.

Note:

  • Any payment after the deadline of given category will follow the Fee Structure of the next category.

  • If you want to apply for a refund, make sure to reach us before 26 March 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT+06 (80% of the total fee will be refunded)

DISCLAIMER:

  • Any Payment on the competition day counts as spot registration and will follow the Spot Registration Fee Structure.See Details

  • If the limit is reached, a waiting list will be started. During this period, if someone cancels their registration, the first person (126th person) to pay from the waiting list while the registrations are open will be approved. If the registration time period is over, then the competitor has to pay on the spot according to the spot payment fee structure.

  • If someone pays but can't be approved due to the competitor limit being reached, then the competitor might have a chance of getting approved if someone who is in the approved list cancels their registration. Otherwise, the unapproved person would be fully refunded after the comp.

  • Any Foreign participants are kindly asked to contact the delegates for payment.
